About MT Phone Fix — the phone & device store on Washington Ave
MT Phone Fix is an independent phone, laptop, and device store at 232 Washington Ave in Albany. We’re not a franchise, not a call centre, and not a mail-in service. We’re a real store with a counter, a service bench, and a parts drawer — open every single day from 10 in the morning until 10 at night.
We opened because Albany deserved somewhere you could actually walk in after work with a cracked screen and walk out with it working again the same day. So that’s what we do: you bring the device in, we look at it while you wait, we tell you what’s going on and exactly what it costs, and if you’re happy with the price, we take care of it — usually the same day. Everything is done in person at our counter; we don’t offer remote or phone-based support.
